Meet The Team

Jennifer Herbert

Jenny is a Psychotherapist who specialises in assessment and psychological interventions to support people living with ADHD.  Jenny’s background is in working with children and young people, but over the past 10 years has been mainly working with adults.  She became interested in ADHD after years of working with individuals with depression and anxiety and realising a huge component of their formulation was missing.  When working with people who had a lot of low self-esteem, feeling like an outsider, not good enough and generally feeling overwhelmed with life, she became interested in becoming a Specialist to help with her client’s undiagnosed ADHD.

Katharine Helps

Kat is a Non-Medical Prescriber and Specialist Community Public Health Nurse. She qualified as a nurse over 10 years ago and has worked in Primary and Secondary care, in roles that specialise in the safeguarding of adults and children, a Health Visitor and School Nurse.  Kat’s interest in early intervention and knowledge of child development actors the life course has brought her into the world of ADHD, and a passion to assess and treat individuals who may be struggling to achieve in a neurotypical society. She takes great care to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to the individual and in a time frame that suits their needs.

Jenny was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, it was just like talking to a friend. I’ve seen a few therapist’s over the years & Jenny ticked every box. I’d definitely recommend her.
