Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is an evidence-based therapy to help manage stress, anxiety, bulimia, trauma (PTSD), phobias (including agoraphobia and social) and depression. CBT may also help if you have difficulties with anger, a low opinion of yourself, or physical health problems.

I was always sceptical about seeing a therapist but I completely changed my mind after being treated by Jenny. She has made a huge difference in my life and the way I approach issues that arise.
